Military-political commentator Kovalenko doubted that the occupiers would have enough resources to carry out such an offensive.
If the command of the Russian occupation army gives an order to its units to go to offensive in southern Ukraine, it would be suicide.
This opinion was expressed by the military-political observer of the Information Resistance group Alexander Kovalenko on the air 24 channels.
“We see that they are really trying to create conditions, especially on the right bank of the Kherson region, in order not only to defend, but also to attack,” he noted. “That is why they are concentrating a fairly large number of forces and means in this area.” .
According to him, these forces of the Russian Federation can be used for offensive operations in the Kryvyi Rih, Zaporozhye and Nikolaev directions.
At the same time, Kovalenko doubted that the Russian army would have enough resources.
“They can start this offensive, but very soon it will bog down, it will not have enough resources to continue … In my opinion, if the Russian command gives such an order to its units, it will be suicide,” the expert is sure.
Recall that the representative of the Ukrainian military intelligence said that in Kherson, the Russians are preparing to retreatthey mined vital communications.
