The state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) offers specialist advice on the recognition of foreign professional qualifications, information about the legal framework for a recognition procedure. The advice includes the information in the run-up to a recognition procedure, if necessary support during the procedure and advice on any necessary subsequent qualifications. The consultation can last up to 9 hours and is free of charge for anyone seeking advice. It is financed by the European Social Fund and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
