Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Have you ever visited the Sultanate of Oman in the fall, specifically the Dhofar Governorate? If your answer is no, then Shaat View should be on your travel list.
Shaat View is located on the slopes of Mount Moon.
It is considered one of the beautiful tourist destinations in the Wilayat of Rakhyut in the Dhofar Governorate. It overlooks the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean from an altitude of more than a thousand metres.
The beauty and magnificence of the site is highlighted during the fall and spring seasons, making it a favorite tourist place for visitors and photography enthusiasts.
The lens of the Omani photographer, Osama Al-Ghailani, documented the appearance of Shaat, who visits him annually. (Watch the video above)
Al-Ghailani said in an interview with CNN Arabic: “Shaat is characterized by a view that you do not see anywhere else.”
Would you like to see Shaat’s view in reality?
The Omani photographer explained that the road leading to Shaat is easy and suitable for visitors, as the area is about 80 kilometers, or one hour, from the state of Salalah.
There is another way to reach the “Ain Nakbat” waterfall in Shaat, which is considered among the tallest waterfalls in the Dhofar Governorate.
In fact, the path requires high physical fitness, as it is 12 kilometers long round trip. There are also some snakes and dangerous animals.
Al-Ghailani has always been distinguished by filming using FPV drone technology, which will make you feel as if you are flying around the place.
