CINEWORLD Mainfrankenpark will be presenting the romantic love story “Young at heart” on Thursday, September 7th in its film café. It starts at 3 p.m. with delicious specialties from the cake and torte manufacturer “Tortenglück” from Westheim. The cinema team also serves aromatic coffee. The film starts at 4 p.m.
In the leading roles, film stars Fanny Ardant (“The Most Beautiful Time of Our Lives”, “8 Women”) and Melvil Poupaud (“On a Beautiful Morning”, “Laurence Anyways”) inspire with great performances. Cécile de France (“The Swarm”, “Lost Illusions”) supports her in an important supporting role in this radically honest love film told with atmospheric images.

15 years have passed since Shauna (Fanny Ardant) and Pierre (Melvil Poupaud) met briefly at the hospital where he works as a doctor. Even then, they felt attracted to each other. When they see each other again, it’s over for them, even if the circumstances don’t necessarily suggest it: Shauna has actually finished with the romance, Pierre leads a happy family life and appreciates his wife (Cécile de France) very much.
