“Experience the Best of Andean Culture and Gastronomy at Gastromercado 2023 in Andilla, Valencia”

Next Saturday, June 10, 2023, the Gastromercado and the Mountain Pasture Days return to the town of Andilla, in the province of Valencia.

From 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. uninterrupted, where the day will end with an afternoon in the Plaza de la Muralla from 7:30 p.m. to end the day, there will be performances, wine tastings, workshops, guided tours and a gastronomic exhibition with a great variety of products and activities focused on the local Andean culture and gastronomy.

As every year, the gastromarket located in the Plaza de la Muralla and the presence of goat herders stand out, the great focus of attention of what will be the IX edition of the Gastromercado and the VIII Andilla Mountain Grazing Days.

The fair has become a benchmark for the gastronomy of Andilla and its villages (La Pobleta, Osset and Artaj), an annual event in which the various traditional artisan products of the town, the Serranía region and the interior of the province and the Community.

The event aims to boost the agri-food sector and contribute to the promotion of the native products of Andilla and its villages to publicize its tourist, cultural and heritage resources. The products exhibited on this day come mostly from the area, where it is possible to find oils, DO Valencia wines, bakery, sweets, craft beers, honey or cheeses, among many others, which also includes the offer of other products from the Valencian Community and neighboring autonomous communities.
