With “highlights from films, series and theatres” the Stadtmusik Wehr invites you to its traditional Easter concert in the Stadthalle this year. The musicians look forward to a visit to the barber in Seville, ride into winter with Jon Snow, tame dragons and tour Chicago with the Blues Brothers. The program promises highlights not only from the history of music, from the big opera houses and Hollywood, the concert also promises to be a musical highlight in itself: concertante suites, a demanding clarinet solo and the performance of the young orchestra form a well-rounded but festive program with where conductor Celine Pellmont says goodbye to the town music and the Wehrer audience.
Tickets in advance is available in the bookstore, the concert begins on April 9 at 8 p.m.
