33 primary school children from Heiden and the surrounding area got off to a successful start in the “Experience Music” project. The project is offered by the Heiden marching band
HEATHENS. In just three meetings, the new musicians were able to get to know rhythms, try out instruments and gain their first marching experiences. The project, which was launched by Karina Holtkamp, is initially designed to last one school year. It is intended to give children the opportunity to get to know different instruments and the club before they decide on an instrument and membership in the Heiden marching band.
