As for entertainment venues, the “p’tits chefs” space, reserved for under-12s, will offer games, creative leisure activities and various activities or discovery workshops. The “fair experience” space will allow visitors to discover “the food of tomorrow” with Vitagora and Foodtech Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (from November 3 to 5). And the “retrogaming” space will provide arcade machines, pinball machines and other table football.

Theme days will also punctuate the event. A “differently delicious” day dedicated to the various structures welcoming people with disabilities is scheduled for November 2. Among the highlights, Grégory Cuilleron, chef of the Cinq mains restaurant in Lyon, former Top Chef candidate and 2019 winner of the oeufs meurette competition, will host a demonstration and four chefs will cook with people with disabilities. On November 9, culinary workshops, tastings, shows and meetings will also be on the program with the City of Gastronomy and Wine.
Locally produced drinks will also be in the spotlight, with the discovery of beers (from November 3 to 5) and wines (from November 9 to 12).
Finally, “to extend the festive effect of the fair after work and on late night evenings, concerts by local groups each with a different musical universe, as well as dance demonstrations will allow everyone to move and have fun”, invites Dijon Bourgogne Events.
