They’re issuing a refund for expensive bills, here’s who can request it and how.
The bills of this winter are making life difficult for Italian families and even if the price of gas seems to have stabilised, that of electricity continues to rise. Another increase on amounts due is expected in the coming months. We therefore understand how the government is attempting to counter this problem.
Il government it is trying to support families and in fact with the latest maneuver it has allocated 30 billion euros. But what does this help really consist of? The government has thought of a real refund for all families who have an ISEE of up to 12,000 euros. In this way the increase in bills should be canceled completely without any other request.

Expensive bill repayment how it works
Also in the previous government, Draghi’s was taking care of the situation and a 200 euro bonus had in fact been thought of to relieve the Italians of the many expenses. This bonus then went to a large number of workers with ISEEs of up to €35,000.

And another bonus known during the Draghi government was then the 150 euro one which has already reached pensioners with the November accreditation and which will soon also have to be received by employees and the self-employed.
By January a replica of the 150 euro bonus should therefore arrive for all those with an income of less than 20,000 euros. Instead, as regards retirees, they will find themselves receiving a double check.

Il Meloni government however, it did not stop there and in fact aims to create a refund for the months of September and October. It is not yet known when the ISEE threshold will be set, but we know that the refund will be paid as a discount on future bills. There will be no formal request to make. So maybe on the next bills we could breathe a bit.
