JAKARTA, KOMPAS TV – Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto decided no longer have faith in Arief Poyuono as his representative in Gerindra Party.
As is known, before Arief Poyuono served as Deputy General Chair Gerindra Party in charge of the labor and employment sector.
Arief Poyuono also responded casually his name was not included in the management Gerindra Party for the period 2020 to 2025.

According to Arief, not only was he not part of the Gerindra party management ranks, but there were also many cadres not included in the new party management structure.
“Not only my name is no longer taking care of it, but many others are not taking care of it anymore,” Arief said as quoted by Tribunnews on Saturday (26/9/2020).
After no longer having a position in the Gerindra Party, Arief Poyuono openly admits to giving support to former TNI Commander (Purn) Gatot Nurmantyo to advance in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
