Expanding Educational Support for Underprivileged Students in Austria

Vienna – Since 2011, the “Teach for Austria” educational initiative in Austria has been sending outstanding university graduates to schools with difficult conditions in order to specifically support underprivileged students. The “Fellows” are now deployed not only at middle schools but also at polytechnic schools and kindergartens. A cooperation between the UniCredit Foundation and the “Teach for All” network, presented on Monday, is now ensuring further expansion.
