The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (SECTEI) launched the call for those who want to study the baccalaureate online.
Free courses so you don’t fail the Comipems 2023 exam
This call has 4 generations: 2023-A, 2023-B, 2023-C and 2023D, which will study throughout the year.
The objective is to provide up to 20,000 places, that is, 5,000 income per generation.
In addition, it seeks to offer an option to pursue upper secondary education and promote the development of various skills for young people and adults.
What is the Pilares Online Baccalaureate like?
This modality does not require attendance at educational centers at fixed times, so it gives the possibility to decide the hours of study and continue with work, family and personal commitments.
Curriculum
The online baccalaureate is designed to take two and a half years, and its curriculum is integrated in this way.
- Preparatory course (10 credits)
- 12 compulsory subjects distributed in four modules (264 credits)
- Activities in the Points of Innovation, Freedom, Art, Education and Knowledge (PILARES), the Sports Institute of Mexico City (Indeporte) and other institutions with educational offer in the capital (16 credits)
Each subject is taken online through the platform with the support of advisors and counselors who offer advice and personalized accompaniment.
It is also possible to have face-to-face advice in the headquarters of the PILLARS for those who require it.
You can study from home, any place with internet service or from the PILARES cyberschools.
Registration date
- Generation 2023-A: from February 22 to March 3
- Generation 2023-B: from April 28 to May 19
- Generation 2023-C: from July 7 to July 28
- Generation 2023-D: from September 15 to October 6
