Techbiz.id – Usually if you leave a WhatsApp group there will be a notification in the group, but that seems to be changing soon.
According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is working on a feature that can let users leave groups without posting a notification that all members can see.
But that does not mean there are no notifications at all. Need to know, WhatsApp will still notify the group admin that the member has left the group.
Even so, but all members will not know unless the exiting participant informs themselves, as reported by Engadget, Tuesday (17/5/2022).
This can be seen in the screenshot of the Beta version of WhatsApp on the desktop uploaded by WABetainfo.
“Only you and the group admin will be notified that you left the group.” so wrote WhatsApp in the screenshot.

But unfortunately, there is no further information regarding this feature, including whether WhatsApp will release it for the mobile version or only on the desktop.
In addition, the features that are being tested are also not necessarily released by WhatsApp. The reason is still waiting to get feedback from users.
But for sure, this feature can help users who often feel ‘reluctant’ to just leave the group because a notification will appear.
