Exhibition of RCN Players and Teams: Celebrating Narbonne’s Rugby Legacy

Proposed by Gilles Bessières, to celebrate the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France, the exhibition “Narbonne land of rugby: a club, a team, players, a history” has been held since Monday, September 18, until to October 6, at the Maison de ma region, boulevard Maréchal Joffre. An exhibition of nearly 70 large format photos hung on the picture rails on the ground floor and especially on 1^is floor. Photos where we can see RC Narbonnais players in the “orange and black” jersey or the French team in their works. Six signs also trace the history of the Septimanien club from its advent in 1907 until 1979, the date of the RCN’s second national coronation. Three beautiful books “Gueules du rugby” to leaf through at will enhance this rich photo exhibition.
