Exhibition of Drawings by RTU Faculty of Architecture Students: Human-Anatomy-Architecture

Within the framework of the 19th Nordic and Baltic Biomedical Engineering and Medical Physics Conference, there is a three-day opportunity to view the exhibition of drawings by students of the Faculty of Architecture of Riga Technical University HUMAN – ANATOMY – ARCHITECTURE. From June 12 to 14.

At first glance, it might seem that Medicine and Architecture have little in common, that they are different spheres of activity that are difficult to find common features, but there is an essential, existential phenomenon that unites these two very important areas of life and, in fact, the entire World Culture . This phenomenon is human.

In the exhibition “Human-Anatomy-Architecture” you can see student works in the subjects “Drawing” and “Painting” – studies of plastic anatomy, sketches and paintings of the living human figure, architectural drawings, which reflect the RTU Faculty of Architecture’s respect for the classical values ​​of architecture and art.
