The Metropolitan Bank of Havana informed its clients about the provision of an exclusive service for this Sunday, September 17.
Banmet will offer exclusive cashier service on Sunday, September 17, between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm in the following branches, they announced on social networks.
The extra cashier service in Cuba is an alternative designed so that customers can avoid queues at ATMs, which are currently almost out of stock.
To do this, Cubans need to authenticate with their bank (BPA, BANDEC or Metropolitano), then select “Operations”, scroll to the bottom and check “Caja Extra” (Cash withdrawal service). Then, the QR Code is scanned.
Next, you must write the password with which you authenticated on the platform, and later enter the amount you want to extract, between $25 and $5000 (depending on the availability of the unit).
