Lin Gengren, the KMT mayoral candidate for Hsinchu, stopped and went to Beiji Station to denounce Gao Hongan’s controversial materials. However, Ko Wenzhe, the chairman of the People’s Party, believed that “Lin Gengren was a slanderer” and asked Ko Wenzhe to make corrections, otherwise he would have handed the relevant information to the Investigation Bureau.

This morning, Lin Zhengze, the honorary chairman of the ACFTU, and Xu Xiurui, the chairman, jointly stated that, with the consent of the campaign team, we believe that the elections should return to the municipal discussion, the nature of the elections, and the future of the city. However, President Ke Wenzhe has continued to accuse me earlier of “defamation” and “turning away from politics” and made many false remarks.
I hereby solemnly ask President Ke Wenzhe to correct his previous remarks, otherwise, in order to defend my personal innocence,I will use my actions to take full responsibility for my doubts about last week’s candidate Gao and provide relevant materials. Lin Gengren is by no means turning the corner when she encounters politics.
