Books – Mustafa Hamza:
Yesterday, Monday, the great composer Hassan Dunia was transferred from the intensive care room, to a regular room to complete his treatment after his health improved, as he was undergoing treatment in the isolation of Al Haram Hospital after being infected with the Coronavirus.
The poet Fawzi Ibrahim, “treasurer of the Society of Authors and Composers”, in a special statement to “Masrawy”, said: “Praise be to God, composer friend Hassan Dunia’s health has improved, and the oxygen level has reached 100%, after it was 45%, and that is why doctors decided to transfer him to a regular room.” .
He added, “During his stay in the hospital, Dunia received the first dose of the Chinese anti-Coronavirus vaccine, within the priority categories, and the Association of Authors and Composers is in coordination with the Syndicate of Musicians and Poets Colleagues Ayman Bahjat Qamar and Mustafa Kamel, to communicate with the doctors supervising his treatment.”
Hassan Dunia, who became the first Egyptian artist to receive the vaccine, composed melodies of more than 400 songs, and sang some of his songs by a group of singing stars, including Muhammad Mounir “Your Lord for What He Wants”, Amr Diab “Maftakernish”, Mohamed Fouad “Wadaak” and Hamid Al-Shairi “Beautiful descriptions”, Hakim “You Maine”, and Hassan Al Asmar “deceived us.”
Dunia set the soundtrack and composed many series and films, including “Blatia El Ayima”, “Wesh Ijram”, “Katkoot”, and others.
