—In Villejuif (94), the transformation of the southern district into the entrance to the city is continuing its progress thanks to the deployment of a new tertiary center in which the Nova Aragon operation is part, a 27,200 m² office building carried by Promo Gerim and Legendre. One of the particularities of these structures is the presence of 90% of prefabricated concrete elements in the superstructure.
