It’s certainly exciting to see Konami, which was “drowned” in the success of its Pachinko business, suddenly starting to pay attention again to one of the best JRPG game franchises they have ever produced – Suikoden. Previously, the thirst for a new series or just a similar product was filled with former developers who have now joined under the banner of Rabbit & Bear Studios who successfully launched their first project via the Kickstarter funding site. That’s right, we are of course talking about Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes.
With the release date finally set for 2024, the publisher – 505 Games released a new 6-minute trailer to show off the various main features that Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes will offer later. As predicted, the impression of Suikoden flows strongly from every angle. We are not only talking about the opportunity to collect more than 100 characters, but also mini-games, deadly combination attacks, a castle that can continue to grow and develop, and of course strategic elements through war gameplay which will also be included.
