The Lamour-les-Forges district in Rezé (Loire-Atlantique) continues its metamorphosis with the launch of a new real estate operation. The project, which is supported by three organizations, involves the construction of more than 100 housing units over an area of approximately three hectares.
The first program concerns the development of participatory housing, called “Îlot Sémard”, which will be carried out by the CISN cooperative this fall. It will include 23 apartments, a common room and professional premises. The second project concerns the construction of the “Bosco” residence from the developer Bati-Nantes. The latter has already started marketing its real estate complex. In total, two buildings of three and five floors, which will house 58 housing units, will be built in the second quarter of 2026. Finally, the Launay group plans to build three buildings which will offer 41 housing units on the site of the former Lidl.
At the same time, the town of Rezé announced the development of a green center, from rue des Forges to Butte-aux-Orties.
