Within the Customer & Strategy Department of the Orano Group, you will be integrated into the Digital Marketing Unit which participates in the design and deployment of the digital transformation program for the commercial and marketing activities of the Orano group and in particular in charge of development Marketing and Commercial Support platforms of the Orano group and you will join the team in charge of developing and promoting the OranoBox platform.
The OranoBox platform (is the interactive digital repository for technical marketing based on Orano’s collective intelligence in terms of industrial solutions, products and services, on our markets in France and internationally.
Your missions
In collaboration with your tutor and after your training in our tools and platforms, your main missions are:
- Participation in the development, continuous improvement and administration of the platform
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the OranoBox platform in cooperation with the group’s internal and external IT teams.
- Participation in the continued external deployment of the platform to our customers and stakeholders in France and internationally
- Organize feedback on user experiences (Ux), internal and external to the platform, relying in particular on traditional surveys and digital analyzes of the nature and quality of use of the platform.
- Management of questions and support requests from internal and external users. Training & Support for Frontend and Backend Users (Sitefinity CMS) of the OranoBox platform.
- Management of attendance data and analyzes via the Piano Company Analytics Suite and monitoring of key indicators in order to optimize conversion rates on the platform.
