Your tasks include:
- Leading and developing people: You are a team leader (m/f/d) of a sales-oriented team and do your best to develop your team professionally and personally through feedback discussions and coaching
- Onboarding: You develop training plans and ensure smooth onboarding
- Analysis and feedback: You carry out regular evaluations and identify strengths and weaknesses in order to create targeted development plans for your team
- Customer advisory: You are very hands-on, you also work operationally and conduct consultations (inbound & outbound) – without any cold calling
- Recruiting: You regularly conduct interviews to expand your team
- Realize ideas: You optimize processes and constantly work on further developments
What you bring with you
- Distribution: You have several years of experience in sales, ideally in the financial services sector, telephone sales or as a bank clerk (m/f/d)
- Guide: You have demonstrable initial leadership experience (professional & disciplinary)
- Be able to inspire and motivate people: You have a high level of enthusiasm, ambition and strong social skills as well as a sense of responsibility
