New week, new shower of new releases at Véo Grand Central, with numerous previews, a great meeting, and a rich participation of cinema in the 37th edition of the Colomiers BD Festival. So many events not to be missed.
Tuesday November 14 from 8:30 p.m., the cinema is offering an exceptional meeting evening: after the screening of the comedy “5 Hectares”, Lambert Wilson and his director Emilie Deleuze will exchange with the public. This comedy, which also stars Marina Hands and Laurent Poitrenaux, asks a question: What leads an established man to jeopardize his comfort, his career and his relationship? Entertaining without being superficial, this film co-written with Marie Desplechin makes you laugh, without masking the daily problems of farmers.
Largely devoted to the BD Festival, the weekend will also be generous with choice screenings: 5 animated films, including 4 in preview, will share the screens:
Friday November 17 at 8:30 p.m., “Mars express”, by Jérémie Périn; Saturday 18 at 4 p.m., “My friend Robot”, by Pablo Berger; Saturday 18 at 6 p.m., “The department store” by Yoshimi Itazu; Sunday 19 at 11 a.m., “Sirocco and the kingdom of air currents”, by Benoît Chieux. Finally, on Sunday 19 at 3:30 p.m., “Shaun the Sheep’s Incredible Christmas”, by Steve Cox, will close the BD Festival in Grand Central with a movie snack.
