Corporate law support for clients: drafting partnership agreements, shareholder resolutions, loan agreements, etc.

Company successions, asset structuring (e.g. developing tax-optimized concepts for the transfer of companies or larger assets)

M&A: Support for tax due diligence examinations and tax contract drafting
