Your tasks:
You support our customers in all matters relating to payment transactions at the counter and with self-service devices. In close collaboration with our customer advisors, you will prepare customer discussions before and after. In the back office you will take on administrative tasks. In doing so, you create individual loan templates tailored to the customer’s requirements and subsequently the entire loan agreement documents (including loan and security agreements). You will acquire the necessary specialist knowledge through on-the-job training and targeted training and further education measures.

The collective minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,292.73 gross (full-time basis).
