A fair amount of great games have been added to the PlayStation Plus Extra library today, but those with an Xbox, PC or mobile shouldn’t be too jealous.
Microsoft has announced four games that will be added to Game Pass over the next three weeks, and most of them are at least pretty good:
Firewatch for PC, Consoles, and Cloud August 17th
The Texas Chain Saw Massacre for PC, Consoles and Cloud, August 18
Sea of Stars comes to PC, console, and cloud, August 29
GRIS for PC, Consoles and Cloud, September 5th
It seems odd that GRIS is on the list heading into September, but I’m guessing Microsoft decided to mention it here since most people won’t even notice Nomada’s cool game in the next update. Why? Because the next batch of games to join Game Pass includes Starfield, as Bethesda’s highly anticipated title launches directly to the service on September 6. Those willing to pay more for it can also buy the Premium Edition to get it on September 1st.
That being said, some games are leaving Game Pass as usual. These games will be removed on August 31st:
Black Desert Online for console and cloud
Commandos 3 – HD Remaster for PC, Console and Cloud
Immortality is available for PC, console and cloud
Nuclear Throne for PC, Console and Cloud
Surgeon Simulator 2 is available for PC, console and cloud
Tinykin for PC, Console and Cloud
