There was an excellent performance of the players in the 58th four-day state level table tennis competition on 10 November 2024 at Khelo India Residential Academy of Rainbow International School, Nagrota Bagwan. On the second day of the competition, the first final of the Women’s Team Championship was held between Mandi and Kangra in which the Mandi team was the winner and the Kangra team was the runner-up. Apart from this, the semi-final in Men’s Team Championship was held between Kangra and Shimla in which Kangra team was the winner and Shimla team was the runner-up and the second semi-final was held between AGHP and Solan. In which AGHP team was the winner and Solan team was the runner up.
The first quarter-final of the girls’ under-15 singles competition was held between Kangra’s Rudrashin and Solan’s Vardayini Parihar, the second between Kangra’s Divya and Solan’s Aahna Verma and the third between Shimla’s Atrika and Mandi’s Suhana. Due to this competition, the first quarter final of boys’ singles quarter final competition was held by Raghav Sood and Divyansh of Kangra, the second quarter final was Yug Thakur and Avya Bharmata of Shimla, the third quarter final was Navedyam and Satvik of Shimla and the fourth quarter final was Tanmay Rawat and Adhiraj of Shimla. It happened between Chauhan. District Kangra Table Tennis Association President Dr. Chhavi Kashyap gave certificates, medals and congratulations to the winning players.
