Jakarta – Komnas HAM has investigated Bharada E, who is suspected of being involved in a shootout with Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J at home Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.
“Throughout what we examined, Bharada E explained many things. One of them was about shooting,” said the Commissioner Komnas HAM Choirul Anam as quoted by PMJnews, Tuesday (26/7/2022).
During the examination, continued Anam, Komnas HAM gave Bharada E with open questions. Therefore, the examination process took a long time because the answers were descriptive.
“Our questions are open-ended, what we hope is a descriptive explanation. Therefore, this is a very long process of requesting information,” he said.
According to Anam, Komnas HAM has not been able to draw conclusions from the examination conducted today. He also has not provided an explanation whether the information from Bharada E is the same as the police version of the chronology.
