Today, Saturday, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Kafr El-Sheikh, Dr. Sawsan Salam, said that 21,634 women, within the President of the Republic, were examined to “take care of the health of the mother and the fetus” for early detection of infection with diseases transmitted from mother to fetus, and free treatment and health care.
This came from the launch of the initiative on the fifth of last November until the evening of last Thursday.
She added, the health agent of Kafr El Sheikh, that the highest number of women who were examined were registered at Desouk Center, where 3131 women were examined, followed by Kafr El Sheikh Center with 3027 women, and Sidi Salem Center came in third place with 2836 women who were examined.
