Ukraine could deal a devastating blow to the Kremlin by attacking the bridge across Kerch Straitconnecting the Russian mainland with the occupied Crimea.
This call was made by the former commander of NATO, General Philip Breedlove, writes The Times.
Breedlove noted that the bridge could be struck using the recently delivered Harpoon missiles to Ukraine.

General Breedlove, who was the supreme commander of the US allies in Europe from 2013 to 2016, said that the attack on the bridge would be justified by Russian aggression against Ukraine from all sides.
“The Kerch bridge is a legitimate target,” he stressed.
Breedlove supported such a strike after Russia launched airstrikes on the city of Kramatorsk on July 8, resulting in one person died and 10 were injured.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Breedlove said in May that the United States, together with its European allies, should even more steps for the supply of weapons to APU.
