Military pensions are regulated in the Act on Retirement Provision for Professional Soldiers and Their Families. According to Art. 1 of the aforementioned act, professional soldiers are entitled to a retirement pension in respect of the years worked or in the event of complete incapacity for service.
So, what pensions can soldiers count on? It depends on the degree at the time of retirement. The latest information on this matter has appeared on the government website dane.gov.pl. These are data averaged for each military rank.
