One of the exes of Marius Borg Høiby, stepson of Norway’s Crown Prince Haakon, was questioned by the police on Wednesday. Nora Haukland was questioned for six hours, according to Norwegian broadcaster NRK.
Haukland, who had a relationship with the son of Crown Princess Mette-Marit for a year between 2022 and 2023, spoke about her experiences with Høiby in the presence of her lawyer. Last week she accused him on social media of mental and physical abuse.
The reason Høiby was arrested was for allegedly assaulting his current girlfriend. Another elderly person, Juliane Snekkestad, recounted unpleasant experiences afterwards. According to NRK, she will be questioned again this week.
Høiby, who is 27, has not yet been charged for the alleged violence against his companions.
