Ryan Dorsey, Naya Rivera’s ex-husband, has been living with Rivera’s sister Nickayla Rivera since last week to care for his son Josey, reports Daily Mail Monday evening.
This month, Dorsey and Nickayla Rivera moved into a rental house together. The two reportedly share responsibility for Josey along with Dorsey’s parents.
Dorsey and Naya Rivera were married in 2014, a year later they had their son Josey. The acting couple divorced in 2018. The actress had previously asked to end the marriage in 2016, but initially decided against it.
Naya Rivera died in Lake Piru in the US state of California in early July. This happened when she went for a swim with her son and had to deal with an undertow that carried them. Local authorities reported that the actress “used all her energy to get her son back on the boat,” after which she did not have enough energy to save herself.
