For family reasons
Five days before the start of the league, ex-HSV coach Josef Zinnbauer resigned as coach of the Orlando Pirates. The South African first division officially announced this on Monday. “I have spent the last two years away from my family and have therefore decided to hand in my resignation,” said Zinnbauer, who scored an average of 1.84 points in 68 games with the Orlando Pirates and won the MTN8 Cup last December.
“I want to thank the chairman and management for the chance they gave me. Unfortunately, my time at this club is coming to an end. I really enjoyed my time here and would also like to thank the fans very much, ”said Zinnbauer, who has been with the Orlando Pirates since December 2019.
