According to the report, the second incident was in March 2015, when De Mol presented the Edison Pop Gala in a club in Amsterdam. After an argument, he allegedly punched Kaes, causing her to fall. Three people saw that happen. Later that evening, the violence in their home continued: Kaes would have been kicked and beaten and De Mol would have squeezed her throat.
They then went to the emergency room of a hospital together, according to reports. Kaes reportedly said she had fallen down the stairs, after which the doctor on duty said she didn’t believe it.

The third and final incident is said to have happened in Ibiza in May 2015. Here too, an argument about De Mol’s drug use was the reason. According to the report, he kicked and punched her in the garden of a hotel. Her throat would have closed here too. She was later reportedly assaulted in their hotel room. In the report, the wife of John de Mol (Johnny’s father) is mentioned as a witness.
After that last incident, Kaes went to see a doctor of a friend. She did not dare to go to her own GP, because she is also the doctor at De Mol. The GP’s findings are also part of the report.
HP/De Tijd also has dozens of photos showing Kaes’s injuries. The magazine says the photos seem to confirm Kaes’s claims. But because the images cannot be used to determine who caused the injury, HP/De Tijd does not publish them.
