EWTN Spain to Host Encounter on the Virgin Mary Led by Fr. Brian Jackson, Director of “Garabandal, Only God Knows”

EWTN Spain organizes a new Encounter dedicated to the Virgin Mary led by Fr. Brian Jackson, servant of the home of the motherdirector of the film “Garabandal, only God knows”.

The EWTN Spain Meetings are television spaces created to discuss issues of a diverse nature at the hands of an expert, in which viewers can participate live.

In this month of May, the program is dedicated to “Mary, Mother of God” and its objective is “to renew the love that all the baptized must profess to the Mother, to approach her in a sincere and profound way.”

The format will be led by the vice president of EWTN Spain, Sofía Ruiz del Cueto, who will speak about the importance of the figure of the Virgin Mary in Christian life together with Fr. Brian Jackson.

Born in Florida (USA) in the mid-1980s, Jackson came into contact with the servants of the Home of the Mother in 2001. After a few years away from the Church, he had a powerful conversion experience on New Year’s 2009.

The following year, after a vocational experience, he entered the Home of the Mother. Twelve years later, on May 14, 2022, he was ordained a priest by the Bishop Emeritus of Alcalá de Henares, Bishop Juan Antonio Reig Pla.

It was during his training as a servant of the Home of the Mother that he was commissioned by the founder, Fr. Rafael Alonso, to teach the young people all the communication techniques they had learned through HM Televisión.

Shortly after, during some exercises for young people held in Carmelo de Cabretón (Logroño, Spain), the idea and the name of Catholic Stuff came to fruition, which began publishing videos in September 2014. Its YouTube channel has more than 60,000 subscribers.

In 2017, Fr. Jackson took over directing the film “Garabandal, only God knows”, which recounts the events that occurred in the small village of Garabandal, in northern Spain, where four girls claimed to have received a visit from the Virgin Mary.
