No doubt, City need a sharp attacker because again unable to bring Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur. But at the last minute, City actually withdrew from the hunt and Ronaldo chose to return to his ‘home’ alias Manchester United.

Through his personal Twitter, Evraposting message snippet Whatsapp from Cristiano Ronaldo. Apparently, Ronaldo sent the message ‘im gonna play in our club’ which means I will play in our club.
“People have to calm down. He said he will go home! Relax. Finally I can post this, the biggest transfer in the history of football,” tweeted Evra.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Patrice Evra ever teamed up at Manchester United. Evra played for Manchester United from 2006 to 2014, while Ronaldo was from 2003 to 2009.
The two of them are still good friends to this day.
