Actively participating in an art form creates (even more) a connection: with the customers themselves, with their environment and the rest of the world. Art creates what cannot (anymore) always be captured in words, it touches hearts. By stimulating the imagination, the self-awareness of the elderly is strengthened and they experience new impulses. Our clients have also experienced this for themselves in recent months with the many fun and stimulating workshops of the KunstZinnig Pieter project.
Nature
The theme of Nature will be on the program in the coming months. A theme that is complete and everyone likes. Within this theme, several workshops are still organized in the field of crafts, poetry, dance and singing.
Art connects
The Dream Landscape workshop was recently held in Weidevogelhof and Veenhage. Together with Bes & Culture, the residents started working with landscapes and panoramas, flowers, butterflies and painting. For inspiration, we looked at existing landscape painting. The really beautiful paintings were made in mixed media (watercolor and neocolor). The great thing is that the memories have come back. This is how you see that art really connects.
