Evija Webere will premiere her new song at the Berlin Music Festival

At the festival, Evija premiered a song “Unicorn” composed and produced by herself. An imaginative video clip has been created for it, in which “the real and the false live together”.

Video director Sandijs Ruļuks has created a fantasy world with the help of 3D, capturing real human movement with 12 cameras. “I have wanted to work with Evia for a long time, because my music seems to me to be from another planet. This, in turn, also allowed to visually move in the direction of a fantastic environment, for which 3D is very grateful. I am very lucky that Evija is completely trusted and easy to work with. Her only initial request was, “something could be pink,” says Sandy.

“Working on the song, I knew I wanted to show it visually through movement. So now I realize that movement in a video is the only connection to reality. But how strong! In the virtual world, I can be a hedgehog, a thread, or a roadmap, but I recognize myself through my body language. Sandy’s idea of creating a world sitting on the brink of untruth fascinated me very much, and her ability to go to the unknown with ambition inspired me, ”comments Evija.
