The South Korean police conducted a hair test on Lee Sun-kyun’s suspected drug involvement, and found that neither marijuana nor psychotropic drugs were detected on the arrest warrant.
The police commissioned 100 hairs collected by Lee Sun-kyun on the 28th of last month for precise testing. The hairs were about 8 to 10cm long. After cleaning, they were tested in sections of 2 to 3cm. The results were negative in all sections. Since it takes about a month for hair to grow 1cm, this test result means that Lee Sun-kyun has not taken drugs in the past 8 to 10 months.

However, the lawyer believes that bleaching and dyeing hair may hinder the results of the investigation. The above results do not mean that there is 100% no marijuana use.
