Everything ready in Assisi – Returns, after five years of absence, the Festival in Kundalini Yogapromoted today by Kundalini Yoga Europa Aps, with the patronage of the Municipality of Assisi and the support of the sponsors ReYoga and Yogi Tea: the appointment is in Assisi from 18 to 20 October.
The event will be held at Palazzo Monte Frumentario di Assisiwith some activities planned at the Regina Margherita Park, under the common thread “The strength of your inner sound“, an opportunity to introduce users to one of the lesser-known places in the city and to revitalize this green space included in the list of “Places of the heart” by Fai Umbria (an important tool for raising awareness of the value of culture). A unique opportunity to explore the power of sound – and to experience how it influences the mind and body, leading to effective changes in shape, attitudes and habits – with the participation of internationally renowned teachers and speakers. The festival, which includes a series of workshops, seminars and experiential activities, will offer participants the opportunity to immerse themselves deeply in the practice and philosophy of Kundalini Yoga.
During the festivalopen to everyone, not just to enthusiasts of the genre, will begin with a series of seminars on Kundalini Yoga, Naad Yoga, Breathwalk, Sat Nam Rasayan, Gatka, Karam Kriya, concerts of Indian music and gongs, thematic Yoga lessons and theater and logic workshops for children, a conference on theme of the accessibility of yoga for the deafthanks to the “All for everyOne” project aimed at creating operational guidelines for Kundalini Yoga teachers to be able to carry out lessons that are also accessible to deaf people (the training course won the European call for inclusiveness which started in its form pilot in Italy, Spain and Lithuania), and the yoga in endometriosisa necessary compendium of knowledge for an integrated, yogic, scientific and cultural awareness.
