From the early hours of this Wednesday, the delegates of the Ministry of Labor arrived at the central offices of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) to make a series of inquiries about anomalies that have occurred with people who served in the electoral processes of February 4 and March 3, where those affected request a stipend for the work they did both days.

The visit of the Labor officials also aims to verify the treatment that the management has with its subordinates.

In that sense, Minister Rolando Castro, through his complaints from employees within the institution, for many alleged labor violations that they have already reported to the Ministry of Labor.”

Castro makes it clear that the only legal jurisdiction is in labor matters and that is what they have reached, since in his opinion, every employer, whether public or private, is committed to complying with the law.

“No one should be exempt from legal norms if we want a solid and strong state based on law. “Everyone who works has the right to be paid without further delay,” he pointed out.

While the labor delegates met with the TSE headquarters, outside that state entity more people came to demand payment for the two days worked, considering that many of them were forced to assume roles in the Vote Receiving Boards and therefore They believe it is fair that they get paid as soon as possible.
