The famous Soviet comedy could not be screened abroad.
Many popular Soviet films were successfully shown not only in the country, but also abroad. Foreigners enjoyed watching films produced by the USSR and particularly respected dramas. But they also tried not to miss the first plays. However, some tapes never made it to hire overseas.
One such example was the 1961 film Striped Flight. In the first year, the “solar” image was seen by over 5 million Soviet viewers. But for some reason, Americans were embarrassed to show comedies, although, according to modern Internet users, it was the most suitable for demonstration in the United States.

Also, they knew about Margarita Nazarova in America. In 1960, the documentary film “Circus artists” was successfully broadcast there, where they also showed the famous coach. They even wrote about Nazarova in the New York Times.
