Nadja Ceregato and Pierin Vincenz lived high in the mountains of Appenzell. His new concrete castle made him famous.

Because it was an uncertain attack site – and it became unsellable.

Now he is under the hammer. Thanks to Peter Spuhler: the businessman arrived at Vincenz’s most difficult time with an urgent mortgage.

Spuhler now wants his money back: Ergo, this is the beginning of the forced sale of the proud object.

For Nadja Ceregato, who got a new opportunity at Spuhler’s second company, Aebi Schmidt, this meant selling her house management.

Ceregato was head of legal affairs at Raiffeisen during her husband’s tenure. After the inside deals at Vincenz were exposed, Ceregato disappeared from the scene for a while.
