Everyone has to go – Inside Paradeplatz

Nadja Ceregato and Pierin Vincenz lived high in the mountains of Appenzell. His new concrete castle made him famous.

Because it was an uncertain attack site – and it became unsellable.

Now he is under the hammer. Thanks to Peter Spuhler: the businessman arrived at Vincenz’s most difficult time with an urgent mortgage.

Remnants of the glory days (see below; Tutti)

Spuhler now wants his money back: Ergo, this is the beginning of the forced sale of the proud object.

For Nadja Ceregato, who got a new opportunity at Spuhler’s second company, Aebi Schmidt, this meant selling her house management.

On Tutti, the platform where you can find almost everything.

Saint-Gall lace cocktail dress, size 36, for 50 francs. Or “Cleofe Finati”, suit for men, midnight blue: 80.-.

“Traditional women’s dresses” include fun “high quality women’s leather pants”. The blouse and the “Midi Dirndl” are available at a “total price” of 150 francs.

For Oktoberfest? (everyone)

Ceragato is also launching two beds on the market, as well as a “knife block”, a “BH HiPower stamper”, a “designer lamp on a marble base” and “4 handmade curtains”.

Things get historically interesting with the “Walter Knoll Nelson 603 Modular Sofa.” When the police pulled over Vincenz in early 2018, his wife at the time could be heard in the background.

Maybe on the deck chair now offered.

After the publication of this article, there were no longer 21 items on Tutti, but initially 5: the beds, two USM frames, the stepper. Now it’s all gone.

Sold the woman who had been loyal to Vincenz for a long time through all the storms, but then separated from him once and for all, taking place before the pub auction.

It is not yet known when this will happen. Spuhler spoke to Blick about the beginning of 2025. It may take longer.

Ceregato himself had to fight at the great trial of Vincenz almost three years ago. She fought to release the locked up millions that Pierin Vincenz had transferred to her from his pension fund.

The decision is not yet legally binding.

Ceregato was head of legal affairs at Raiffeisen during her husband’s tenure. After the inside deals at Vincenz were exposed, Ceregato disappeared from the scene for a while.

She posted photos from a business class at Harvard. Back in Switzerland, his friend Spuhler gives him the opportunity to return.

The man who now wants to collect his million dollar mortgage from his former military friend Vincenz – if necessary using the state auctioneer’s hammer.
