The world is in a sleep dilemma. Although more and more people are interested in a healthy lifestyle and good sleep, up to 80% of the population has sleep problems. How do we sleep at night so that we don’t lack energy during the day? The second year of the free course can help Sleep on it! with Czech and Slovak experts.
Six hours and 59 minutes. This is how long we sleep on average, according to one of the world’s largest studies on healthy sleep, carried out by Samsung. The research, which analyzed a total of 716 million nights of sleep from <a href="http://www.world-today-news.com/smart-watches-galaxy-watch3-and-galaxy-watch-active2-can-now-record-an-electrocardiogram/" title="Smart watches Galaxy Watch3 and Galaxy Watch Active2 can now record an electrocardiogram”>Samsung Health app users, revealed an interesting paradox: although more and more people are interested in sleep, its quality is declining worldwide.
The average sleep duration is one minute less than the National Sleep Foundation’s recommended minimum sleep duration of seven hours per day. According to research, Asians sleep the least (an average of 6 hours and 34 minutes), while Europeans sleep the most (7 hours and 14 minutes). However, the amount of time spent lying down at night is not the only indicator of healthy sleep.
