Höxter/Bad Driburg/Brakel/Buchhagen. Another year is coming to an end and Christmas is almost around the corner. But where is the Christmas spirit? Not there yet? No problem. The ZIMMER.THEATER’s cultural offerings come in handy. Because Simon Hillebrand and Stefan Marx from ZIMMER.THEATER once again have a varied Christmas program on the schedule. It starts with the in-house production “A Nice Present” on Friday, November 29th + Saturday, November 30th in the Höxter town hall.
A Christmas comedy in which Leon Franke and guesthouse landlord Paul are stuck in an alpine hut in the middle of the snowy winter mountains. The problem: Food supplies are slowly running out and the weather forecast is predicting fresh snow. Snowed in with bread and water – Christmas Eve can come. Same piece, different location: “A beautiful present” as a theater dinner in the Gräflichen Park Bad Driburg on Friday, December 6th. Enjoy a delicious 4-course meal and experience the Christmas comedy.
On Thursday, December 12th it’s ZIMMER.THETER meets Mittendorf Gastronomy 2.0 – a Christmas theater dinner with a 3-course menu. Tickets for this can be obtained from the Mittendorf Gastronomy in Buchhagen or at www.mittendorf-gastronomie.de
It continues on Saturday, December 14th with guest artist René Steinberg and his comedy program “Ach, you cheerful…”.
Christmas should be happy and contemplative. But above all beautiful. And it is precisely because we want this so much that we stress ourselves to the point of insensibility, experience shopping madness and meet up for traditional family quarrels. René Steinberg says: Stop it! The motto of his new Christmas program: Let’s be happy and cheerful. And the way to get there is through laughter.
Tickets for all performances are available online (www.zimmer.theater) as well as at the Höxter and Bad Driburg tourist information offices, the Lesbar in Beverungen and the MUS travel agency in Brakel.
Anyone looking for the right Christmas present can already look forward to the new 2025 schedule, which can also be viewed on the homepage.
