Everton Ribeiro’s Children Steal the Show in Bahia Shirt Presentation

Everton Ribeiro wore the team’s shirt Bahia for the first time, this Sunday morning, but it was the midfielder’s children who stole the show during the presentation of the new tricolor reinforcement. “Totói” and “Guto” were so comfortable at Arena Fonte Nova that they even sang the anthem of Flamengo, their father’s former club, at the end of the interview in Salvador.

Everton spoke for about 30 minutes, and as soon as he finished, his children ran to the chair where he was sitting. And it didn’t take long for the speakers in the press room to play Flamengo’s anthem, which brought laughter from everyone there.

But “Totói” and “Guto” showed that the repertoire of songs is already up to date and also used the microphone to reproduce songs from the tricolor fans. Amidst many shouts of “Bahia”, one of them hit the traditional “Bahêa”.

The youngest of the pair, carried by Everton Ribeiro, is “Totói” (Antônio). The older brother, “Guto” (Augusto), appears in the photo above carried by his mother.

The duo arrived alongside their parents and seemed at ease from the first minutes at Fonte Nova. On the way to the press room, they asked to go to the field, which was promptly answered by Everton.

On the way back, jokes with those who were there to watch the interview. From that moment on, “Totói” was already rehearsing some shouts of “Bora Bahêa”. During the press conference, they stayed in the front row and made one intervention or another, which always made those around them laugh.
