Everton coach and the possible reinstatement of Dele Alli: «It is miles away…»
Dele Alli, the 27-year-old English international striker, is still looking for a happy ending to his spell at Everton. Preparing to serve his third season for the toffees, the former Tottenham player has only played 13 games for Liverpool since his arrival – two matches less than those he played when he represented, in the last half of last season, Besiktas from Turkey.
Speaking this Sunday to ‘The Times’, Everton coach Sean Dyche assumed that the player’s return to his options is still far from happening. “You have to be patient. Honestly, he is still miles away from being reinstated in the main squad,” he shot.
