The opponents of the project won. Since mid-September, the elected official had strongly opposed this project, after being questioned by “residents concerned about seeing this Caarud set up near a nursery and major educational establishments,” he said in a press release. He also kidnapped the Minister of Health, François Braun, to intervene on the matter, after asking the Regional Health Agency (ARS) to “give up this project to move Caarud”.
